We believe in our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return your purchase(s) made at www.simrep-engineering.com within 14 days from delivery.

Return policy

If you find SIMREP ENGINEERING products purchased from our shop do not perform to your needs (subject to normal wear and tear), you can return within 14 days from delivery in original packaging.

The customer has to carry the expenses of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones. If you return goods by reason of a defect within the warranty period or by reason of a shipping error, SIMREP ENGINEERING takes over the shipping costs. Please pay attention that SIMREP ENGINEERING can only take over the expenses for the standard shipping. If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is damaged or not in its original packaging, we cannot accept the returned item(s) and cannot give a refund.

Damaged or defective products

Returned products will be inspected and refunded if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. We undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products. Products damaged during shipping are not eligible for a refund and have to be claimed at the courier company.

We do not refund products:

• Obtained from a source other than www.simrep-engineering.com.
• Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.).
• Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.
• SIMREP ENGINEERING products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not replaced.
• Products that have been customized and/or have been build according to the customer’s specification are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Your credit card will be credited for the price of your product and any taxes, excluding shipping costs. Payment will be made when SIMREP ENGINEERING has received and processed your returned item. Please remember that payment companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers’ records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Pre-order and down payment refunds

Pre-orders and down payments will be eligible for full refund when;

• Canceled within 14 days from receipt
• Delivery time has exceeded scheduled delivery date by 2 months
• Can’t be delivered due to manufacturing issues
• Products can’t be stocked for any reason

Customers may cancel their preorder or down payment without reason at any given time after 14 days from receipt, but will be charged 10% of the order value, excluding shipping costs. Pre-orders and down payments will be handled first in first out.
