How long wil shipping take?

When do preorders ship?
If you placed a preorder it will ship when we have new stock. Check the product page for updates!
When will my order be shipped?
When we have all of your ordered products in stock we will ship them in 1-2 business days.

Where do I find the product manual?
The product manual is send to you by email. If you did not recieved anything please contact us at: service@simrep-engineering.com.
Why aren't my LED's bright
- Make sure you have the intensity adjusted to atleast 20% in Simhub (see manual).
-If you are using a USB-hub make sure you use a powered USB0hub or a direct extension cable to your PC/Desktop.
What is the rated USB-voltage?
USB powered devices should be at a minimum of 4.5V and maximum of 5.5 volts.
