General shipping
At SimRep Engineering we strive to ship your order within 48 hours after receipt of payment. Despite our best efforts, inventory, shipping and other matters beyond of our control occasionally hold up an order. For this reason, any statements regarding average shipping times should not to be viewed as a guarantee that a product will ship on a specific day. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. The tracking number will be sent via email as soon as the products left our warehouse.
We strive to deliver at any given address. Depending on the area of living, deliveries could be expected during the weekends or can be delivered at a pick-up point if the first delivery attempt was unsuccessful. You will be notified in this case by Post NL.
Combined shipping
Stocked items and pre-order items, will be shipped together when the pre-order item is ready for delivery.
Shipping service
This is the default option for shipments; it services globally. If our shipping service does not ship to your location, please contact us at service@simrep-engineering.com.
Delivery to some countries and remote residential areas may take additional days.

Standard shipping takes a bit longer than express shipping, but is cheaper. Your packet is always insured, however it will take longer to resolve lost or damaged packages than when express shipping is used.

Standard Free Shipping
Certain products come with standard worldwide free shipping, as indicated in their product descriptions. If you choose a product with standard free shipping along with another item eligible for regular shipping, the shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process. Please note that if you have a product that requires paid shipping, the shipping fee will still apply and cannot be waived when combined with a standard free shipping item.
